This community is a space for us to speak to our members and collect their opinions on a variety of topics.

As a community member, you will be invited to engage and interact with other members on various subjects of interest, as well as participate in a host of activities including polls, surveys and discussion rooms.

Community rewards

Your views really matter to us, that's why we've decided to say 'thank you' with a great rewards scheme. How does it work?

Each time you complete a survey, quick poll or take part in a discussion room we'll reward you with points. Every 1,000 points can be redeemed for an e-voucher. In addition, we offer extra rewards for many other community activities. It's really easy. All you need to do is sign up, take part, and start earning rewards.

Account

Wavemaker's Every Voice is an exclusive insight community. We value your opinions and want to know what's on your mind and what is important to you. This is why we've set up the Wavemaker's Every Voice panel. By listening to what you have to say, we will be able to better represent your voice and can really understand what is important to you.

We’ll send you surveys, quick polls and discussion rooms; as well as other activities where we think your input might be important. Just so you know, all activities are optional, and we’ll do our best to invite you to take part in things which we think would be most relevant to you.


Rewards

  • Go to your 'Profile'
  • Click the 'Points' button down the left-hand side of your profile
  • If you have over 1,000 points, click the 'Redeem your points' button
  • ‘Select’ your redemption option

After redeeming, your request will need to be processed before you receive your reward. This usually takes between 5-10 working days on the new system. Please note that, at busy times, this may take slightly longer. After we’ve processed your request, you will then receive another email from us containing your voucher code - so keep an eye on your inbox! Your points will be automatically deducted from your account after choosing to redeem, but please rest assured that your reward will still arrive safely.


Activities

New activities and surveys will appear on your homepage, but you’ll also receive invitations over email. Simply click on the links or click through the tiles available on your homepage to take part in our activities. All activities are optional, but the more you take part in, the more points you’ll earn.

No. All activities you are invited to are optional. But just so you know, the more you get involved the more points you can collect and the higher your ‘member status’ will get.

Surveys take anywhere between 1 and 20 minutes to finish, but usually take around 5-10 minutes. We’ll let you know the length of each survey on the invitation, along with the close date.

There are two reasons for this. First of all, as soon as the limit for a survey has been filled it will be closed. If you want to get involved in an activity, it’s important you respond to the invite as soon as possible. Secondly, based on the answers you’ve given us in previous surveys, we might decide that certain surveys might not be as relevant to you as they are to other members.

Sometimes you’ll be asked to answer a few questions at the start of a survey so we can work out whether the rest of the activity is relevant to you. If you don’t qualify, you’ll then be shown a thank you message. Don’t worry though. This is completely normal; not everyone will be eligible to take part in every activity and you’ll still have plenty of opportunities later.


Data

The overall results that you and other members share with us will be used by top brands and suppliers to help them improve their products and services. Your personal details will never be passed to anyone outside of Wavemaker's Every Voice for marketing purposes.

You can stop being a member at any time by closing your account. To do so, go to your 'Profile' page and click on the ‘close account’ option. Alternatively, you can email us directly at hello@wavemakerseveryvoice.co.uk.
